El Balcon in Carmenes del Mar
El Balcon is a very pretty urbanisation with stunning
panoramic views of La Herradura bay and beautiful mature gardens. El Balcon
is in the upper part of Carmenes del Mar, which is itself
situated on the rocky headland of Cerro Gordo, right next to the natural
park. This great position gives the apartments amazing views while at the same
time being close enough to the sea to hear the waves breaking on the rocks
off La Calaiza beach below. Calaiza is a wonderful secluded
cove that can only be accessed by a rocky path below Carmenes de Mar, making
it a great place for sun-bathing and snorkeling.
The urbanisation has automatic gates, a full-time concierge during
the day and a security guard at night, El Balcon is very
secure.
Leisure facilities of the community include 2 swimming pools open
all day long and all year round, and 2 poolside BBQ areas. The swimming pool area and gardens are maintained in spotless condition
by the full-time gardener/concierge. The community also has a padel
tennis court and a basketball court.
El Balcon is a great place to live permanently, and
outside the peak summer weeks you will have the pool and sports facilities
all to yourself. It also makes a fantastic holiday home,
